Adtool was founded in 1914 as Adlam Tool and Supply Co Limited by Mr. Percy Adlam, Kenneth Clare's grandfather. Adlam originally sold small tools, belts and packing for machines.

In 1941, Adtool was incorporated and became Adtool Corporation.

Starting from 1963, Kenneth Clare further developed Adtool into a well-respected supplier and distributor within the electronics industry, the company we all know today.

We have recently purchased Adtool Corporation from Mr. Kenneth Clare and are eager to move it forward for the next century. We especially appreciate that Ken will be available to us in an advisory capacity as we progress through the transition period.

Robert Jefferies has managed his own businesses, which included the extensive use and knowledge of large and small machinery and tools for the past 25 years. He was also a manager in the IT world for over 10 years.

Scott Jefferies brings sales skills and management expertise of over 20 years. He will be working closely with the current sales force and the newly expanded team.

The rest of the team remains involved with renewed energy and is a much respected part of our efforts to build and grow Adtool with your valued support.
